I don’t mind admitting I’m slightly obsessed with skincare and love trying out different products that contain natural ingredients and are cruelty free.
Good things Deep clean blackhead exfoliator
This product contains liquorice, willow bark extract and papaya extract to help reduce bacteria levels and boosts skin’s radiance. I’m a fan of the Good Things range as they are very affordable and work well with my skin. It has a lovely berry smell and it isnt a harsh exfoliator. I enjoyed using this product as an exfoliator and would repurchase again but I don’t think it made any noticeable difference to blackheads.
Dr Organic Vitamin e cream
This cream does two things as you can use it on your body as well as your face but I just tend to use it as a face moisturiser in the morning as the pot is small. This cream is super-hydrating and did wonders for my skin’s dry days. I don’t think I’ll repurchase purely because I think there is better skincare products out there that do pretty much the same thing
Naturally radiant renewing night cream ( Superdrug)
I can’t fault this night cream, it’s thick but not greasy and contains kiwi fruit and mulberry for skin radiance. I also got the day cream as it was on a buy one get one free promotion as the Superdrug skincare line usually is, which is always a bonus. It smells gorgeous, like a spiced fruit which reminded me a little of mulled wine. I’ll definitely repurchase this at some point but with so many other moisturisers I want to try this may have to wait.
Bodyshop- Honey and Oat 3 in 1 Moisturising Scrub Mask
This is a three in one mask and I’m in love with it! I usually make my own masks but this is great when I’m feeling lazy. I usually just use it as a mask as it does wonders for my skin and my face is noticeably fresher and more radiant the day after using it.I will definitely be repurchasing this
Balm Balm Frankincense Light Facial Oil
I’ve mentioned on a post before that I believe in the benefits of facial massage and this is the perfect oil. It’s light so I don’t feel like it’s clogging up my pores and it’s made with peach kernel, evening primrose, Jojoba, Rosehip, grapefruit and Frankincense so that’s a whole lot of goodness in one little bottle. The Frankincense is the key scent here and I quite like the smell. I will repurchase this ,it’s affordable and effective.
Balm Balm Little Miracle Rosehip serum
I must admit I was very disappointed with this when I used it the first time, although it was my fault as I didn’t read the description well enough. I was expecting a light serum but this made from carrier oils so it is more like a facial oil than a serum. I tried it a few times at night ( it just can’t be used before makeup) and I didn’t like it, it was far to oily and was uncomfortable on the skin. Not wanting to waste it I used it as a face massage oil but that wasn’t the purpose for this purchase so I won’t be buying this again.
