If your only just starting your cruelty free pledge it can be disheartening to
realise your favourite luxury brands test on animals. I briefly mourned the loss
of my high end lipsticks (which were mostly made up of Mac,Dior and Estee Lauder)
but its important to realise that giving up what were your favourite brands is
a small price to pay to stop the necessary death and suffering of animals.
On the plus side there is still plenty of cruelty free high end brands you
can splurge on, all of which are available in the UK.
With the naked palette being such a cult favourite its a relief knowing that Urban Decay
do not test on animals. Urban decay does a huge range of make up from long lasting
lipsticks to mascaras but eye shadow is what the brand really excels in because of the great
pigmentation and long lasting colour.
Luckily for me Urban Decay is the only high end eye shadow I’ve ever invested in finding
this brand to be the best for colour range and staying power.
